We at Haddon Savings Bank are proud of our long history as a safe, strong and secure bank. The basis of each customer relationship, many of which span generations, is trust. The following policy serves as a standard for all Haddon Savings Bank employees for collection, use, retention and security of nonpublic personal information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING

Nonpublic personal information may include, but may not be limited to, your name, your home and/or business address, your home and/or business telephone number, your Social Security number and your deposit and loan account information.

Information about consumers is accumulated from a variety of sources. Some information is provided directly by customers. Other data is gathered as a result of our providing a product or a service to customers. Still other information is obtained from outside sources, such as credit bureaus and CHEX Systems.

Nonpublic personal information is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your loan balance, payment history, account balance and overdraft history.

We limit the use and collection of information about our customers to that which we believe is necessary to administer our business, provide quality service, and offer opportunities that we believe may be of interest to our customers. This means that we will use information to help us identify and mitigate potential risks and losses to the bank; and to help us identify additional products and services, which we believe customers might want.

WHAT INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

In accordance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, we do exchange our customersí credit information with credit reporting agencies. We do provide information about you and your transactions to government agencies or regulators, and to law enforcement agencies where required or allowed by law. Additionally, we disclose information to comply with subpoenas, summons, and judicial process, and to prevent fraud or other illegal activities. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by regulation, or upon your written authorization.

In the course of our business, we maintain relationship with certain nonaffiliated third parties who act as our agents. We may share information about you with these companies to provide you with convenient access to products and services and to enable us to perform necessary business functions and services. This sharing is permitted by law and the receiving agents are required to keep any information we give them secure and confidential. Examples of these agents include, but are not limited to, Open Solutions, Inc. (data processing), DeLuxe (check printing), Star and our auditors.

We have never in the past, nor do we plan to sell any nonpublic personal information to third parties.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become and inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

SECURITY POLICIES AND PRACTICES

Haddon Savings Bank has established security policies and practices to help us protect your information and records from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. We train our employees to protect the information and records that we keep. We prohibit our employees and agents from releasing any information about you to any third party in any manner that would violate any applicable law or our policy. Employees who violate these standards will be subject to disciplinary measures. YOUR "OPT-OUT" RIGHTS

By federal regulations you are granted "opt-out" rights, which allow you to tell us that you do not want your nonpublic personal information disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties. These might apply to certain circumstances. At this time, Haddon Savings Bank does not disclose information about our customers in the circumstances to which these rights apply. Consequently, at this time you do not have opt-out rights. If this situation should change, we will notify you.

ENDING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS

If you should end your customer relationship with us, or if we should end our relationship with you, we will continue to treat all personal records and information as if you were still our customer.

Unrelated companies receiving customer information from us enter agreements with us to protect the information they receive before information is provided. We do not share customer information with other companies unless an agreement to protect customer information is in place, except as otherwise permitted by law.
